Vision
Unicate Systems SA is building a fully sovereign, local-first AI platform that operates independently of centralized cloud providers. The focus is on high-performance, secure, and scalable infrastructure that gives users complete control over their data, models, and systems.

Your Role
You will own the entire technical backbone of the platform — designing, deploying, monitoring and maintaining production-grade infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, monitor and maintain all production servers and AI hosting environments
• Manage the full stack: Docker containers, model serving, reverse proxies, networking and secure access
• Implement monitoring, alerting, backup and disaster recovery systems
• Optimize performance, security and scalability as the platform grows

Compensation & Equity
Fixed monthly retainer + performance bonus. Equity participation is negotiable and tied directly to achieved SMART goals, responsibilities, and level of involvement in platform growth.
